Hi friend,

I’m Evyn — an NC-based photographer. I live for capturing the beautiful and real moments in everyday life. While developing my style, I’ve spent countless hours exploring color theory and the emotions color can bring. My goal is to capture moments as they happen — cinematically, honestly — using natural, storytelling tones that help you remember the day exactly as it was. I want my photos to feel like memories.

I’m a strong believer in Christ. I dedicate all my work to the One who gives me strength. Starting a business can be scary, but my faith is what keeps me going. “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord.” — Jeremiah 29:11

 

I recently got engaged to my high school sweetheart, Josh. We’ve been together for almost six years, and I seriously can’t wait to marry him! Fun fact: his love for camera tech is what got me into photography. He’s the IT wiz — I just like to be creative, lol! 

 

I adore my family. I’m one of four siblings, and I was blessed with parents who raised us to always put Christ first. We have the sweetest Siberian Husky named Koba, and our two cats - Kitty and Marilyn.

 

I find something so inspiring about the balance between movement and mindful eating — I’m drawn to fitness and the way real, whole foods help us thrive.

 

I actually started in sports photography! Huge Buckeye fan over here (so if you're a Michigan fan, maybe don’t book with me, lol totally kidding. I love all sports fans)

 

It’s been a dream of mine to shoot on the West Coast. The dark, moody greens... the deep blue oceans... the orange glow of the sunsets. Those colors speak to me in a way that’s hard to explain — I’d rather feel them through photos.
